The best estate planners continue a process of lifelong education. We at the Slaton Schauer Law Firm, PLLC are no exception to that rule. When the Spring 2022 American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys (AAEPA) Conference convened in Austin, we enjoyed the opportunity to hone our skills and meet our peers from around the United States… and to treat them to a little Texas hospitality.
Our peers particularly enjoyed Texas-style queso, barbecue, and the live music scene. As far as education is concerned, we were treated to presentations on crypto (cryptocurrency), trending tax strategies, updates on Medicaid, and more. It was a fantastic experience, and we can’t wait for the next one.
