After spending time working as an Assistant Attorney General, managing research contracts for Texas A&M University, and handling federal defense industry contracts, Andrew Slaton-Freeman decided to join his family’s business because he wanted to help local families secure their legacies through thoughtful estate planning.
With experience ranging from high-tech contracts to high-stakes wills, as well as trial litigation and business law, Andrew brings a unique blend of intellect, compassion, and legal expertise to his work. His focus at Slaton Schauer Law Firm, PLLC, is probate matters and estate planning.
An active volunteer and community leader, Andrew leads a coalition of local non-profits and is a member of the Lions Club and many other service organizations. His dedication to giving back includes everything from organizing fundraising events to participating in community service projects across the region.
When he’s not meeting with clients, Andrew enjoys exploring the outdoors with his dog, capturing nature through photography, and spending time kayaking and camping.
